I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were always perfect when we returned, complete with a nice kitchenette and a balcony offering a beautiful view of Budapest. The atmosphere was super comfortable, making it a cozy home away from home. The service was incredible, with staff members who were extremely service-minded, friendly, and helpful. Tamas, in particular, went above and beyond and truly deserves a raise. The hotel's location was excellent, tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still within walking distance to key attractions like the city park and public transportation hubs. The hotel's dining options were fantastic, offering a wide array of delicious choices, although a better espresso machine would have been the cherry on top. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The hotel during the Christmas season of 2018 was a great choice for a comfortable stay, with spacious and modern rooms but may lack some dining variety. The high-quality service and helpful staff are standout features, making the visit memorable.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! The room was absolutely huge and even better than the pictures online, plus we had a lovely big balcony with a private sauna - talk about luxurious! To top it off, there was a bottle of bubbly waiting for us when we arrived. The location was perfect, not on a busy street but still close to all the sights we wanted to see in Budapest.
